Gyeran-bbang (Korean egg bread)

When you come in South Korea, you could see 'gyeran-bbang (egg bread)' in street. It's kind of street food and I love it. Nowadays, it is hard to find gyeran-bbang in street. If you see gyeran-bbang, maybe it's lucky day to you.










 


Gyeran-bbang


T = Tablespoon

t = teaspoon


Ingredients


Ingredients (3 serving)

  • 100g any pancake mix

  • 50ml mlik or water

  • 4 egg

  • salt

  • dried parsley (optional)


 


How to make



Gyeran-bbang

  1. Add 100g pancake mix, 50ml mlik and 1 egg in a bowl and mix to make pancake batter

  2. Fill 1/3 180ml paper cup with pancake batter (you can use any mold, just pour 60ml pancake batter )

  3. Put egg in cup and pop the yolk

  4. Sprinkle little bit salt and dried parsley and bake in a preheated 180'c oven for 20 minutes


Tips

  1. To make it easier to remove egg bread from the mold, grease the mold before adding the batter

  2. If you have air-fryer, I recommend 170'c for 20 minutes
