Tomato kimchi




T = Tablespoon

t = teaspoon



Ingredients

  • tomato

  • half an onion

  • 1 green onion

  • gochugaru

  • sugar

  • anchovy fish sauce (can be replaced with fish sauce)

  • minced garlic


How to make

  1. Cut one tomato into eight pieces. x 4

  2. Mix the cut tomatoes with 1 t of salt

  3. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes

  4. Slice 1/2 onion thinly (slice)

  5. Slice 1 green onion thinly (slice)

  6. Add green onions and onions to the tomatoes

  7. Add 3T gochugaru, 3T sugar, 3T anchovy fish sauce, and 1T minced garlic and mix
